Guest Service Officer

-Thai Nationality /Female age not over 30 years
old
-Bachelor?s Degree
-Good command of spoken English and able to
operate PC ( MS ?Office)
-Able to communicate in Japanese or Arab is
advantage,
-Experience in functions and customer service
1-2 years
-Willing to work on flexible working schedule

Checks guest history for profile for expected arrival of corporate, VIP, special attention guests.
Ensures of ready room before arrival time of corporate, VIP, special attention guests.
Prepares and cooperates with concerned departments to set up VIP?s amenities.
Making courtesy call to ensure of guest pleasant stay and record in logbook.
Offers airlines ticket reconfirmation.
Be visible at all hotel events on a guest/staff interface.
Actively involved on a day-to-day guest bases to promote special food feature.
In-house sell for hotel room and outlets.
Actives through out the hotel meeting and talking to the guests in all areas.
Identify potential and initial guest complaints and inform Duty Manager
Works with Tour coordinator to manage relations with in house group.
Visible in hotel outlets to assist during peak time and record in logbook for guests? demand and recommendation.
Assists front desk in peak check in and check out time.
Follows Front Office systems and procedures and company standards and policies.
Assists in Front Office functions as needed.
