Strong in analytical, problem solving skills, and execution of work
Good Command of English communication

-Supervises day-to-day operation ensuring standards are adhered to and maintained.
-Ensure our guest receive a warm welcoming, a fast efficient check-in and check-out and ensure all guest queries are handled efficiently in a polite and professional manner.
-Ensure that all staff are well trained and diligent in their roles; training records are kept updated and all planned training is carried out.
-Maintains a good relationship with all customers, and follows up with guest comments.
-Lead a Heartist approach to guest experience/ service with the Front Office Team.
-Is hands on within her department, and well organized; is outlook literate and Microsoft office literate.
