At least Bachelor degree in a relate file.
? Minimum 2-3 years experiences in a similar role 3/4 star hotel environment.
? Self Motivate, Strong team player.
? Able to work at Laos, PDR.
Develop working knowledge of all Finance Division positions as they relate to the overall workflow of the Finance Division reporting system.
? Possess in-depth knowledge of all revenue centre procedures.
? Be knowledgeable in staff planning and compilation of work schedules to ensure that reports are prepared accurately and on time.
? Maintain proper internal control procedures and advised Director, Finance of any changes which he/she considers advisable, such as changes in the distribution of the accounting Team Member workload or adoption of new forms or procedures.
