- Fluent Thai and English (oral and written)
- At least 3-5 year experiences as Sommelier in 3-4 / 5 star restaurant, hotel or resort
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and professional appearance
- Strong food knowledge in various cuisines and ability to make food and wine pairings
- Must possess a positive attitude and have the ability to work with a variety of people and in cooperation with coworkers efficiently and effectively
- Ability to easily adapt to organizational and environmental changes
- Passion for hospitality and customer service driven
1.Provides outstanding wine service in all restaurants, assisting guests with wine selections as well as assisting the service staff with wine service
2.Pair wines with food: recommends wines that will complement the different styles of cuisine and different methods of food preparation
3.Increases wine sales by demonstrating personal attention, applying appropriate selling techniques and focusing on customer needs
4.Assisting in all aspects of beverage inventory including ordering, receiving, organization, maintenance, counting and reporting
5.Reports any complaints about wine service to management team, ensuring fast and courteous response to customers
6.Provides wine knowledge training to dining service and bar colleagues on a regular basis
7.Takes in charge of / reports to our customers complaints in order to provide a fast and effective solutions and in case of special events / catering
8.Perform other duties as assigned
