- Planning and organizing accommodation, catering and other hotel services;
- Maintaining statistical and financial records;
- Recruiting, training and monitoring staff;
- Planning work schedules for individuals and teams;
- Meeting and greeting customers;
- Dealing with customer complaints and comments;
- Addressing problems and troubleshooting;
- Ensuring events and conferences run smoothly;
- Supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings;
- Ensuring security is effective
- Carrying out inspections of property and services.
- Liaise with Food and Beverage Department and Conference Department for projecting forecast and maintaining overall budget.
- Other designated assignment
A operation manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of a hotel and its staff. He will accountable for planning organizing and directing all hotel services, including front-of-house (reception, concierge, and reservations), and housekeeping department along assisting with Food and Beverage Operations.
