- The Assistant Manager will be required to conduct his/her duties in a courteous, safe and efficient manner, in accordance with the hotel?s policies and procedures, ensuring that a high level of service quality is maintained.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of associates working in the Department
- Requisition of all necessary items for venue operation including food, beverage and general items insuring they do not exceed set par levels
- Prepare working schedules and ensure annual leave is within budget, business expectations and Labor Law guidelines
- Develop and implement strategies to minimize absenteeism and to manage occupational health & safety issues
