- Bachelor?s degree in Hotel Management or related field
- Good command in English language
- At least 2 years experiences in hospitality business
- Able to work independent with positive attitude
- Responsible to support the hostel strategy across the operational departments under the leadership of the Hostel Manager.
- Ensure all activities relevant to the guest contact points such as check in / out, rooming of all Hostel guests, assisting in their quest for information on our neighborhood & the destination we are in is executed every day by the hostel team.
- Multitask in to our food & beverage outlets, and lead activity programs with our guests.
- You are a Scout Leader, a Senior Guide and a senior leader of our Neighborhood.
- Help guests connect to other guests using our various concepts in the common areas.
- Support the day-to-day operation and interaction with the corporate team will also ensure the ultimate success of the operation.
