Under the general direction of the Front Office Manager, Asst. Front Office Manager, Guest Service Manager and within the limited of established M?venpick Hotels & Resorts Group and local hotel policies and procedures, to be responsible for the efficient and courteous communication with guests for all arrival and departure procedures as well as providing guests with information on hotel services, facilities and activities. Oversee and supervise front desk team and ensure that their performances and duties are abided to the standard and procedures.
