-Male and Thai nationality only
-Minimum 35-year old
-Solid background in Loss Prevention at minimum 7 years? experience
-Good in English communication and inter personal skills
-Proactive, well-organized, logic and business acumen
-Training certificate in Fire Fighting/Drill, evacuation plan, first aid and CPR
-Proficiency in computer literacy
-Hotel experience or pre-opening experience would be a plus
-Based in Pattaya
-Overall management of the Loss Prevention -----Department and it?s functions.
-Co-ordinate implement and monitor loss control procedures throughout the company.
-Training all Loss Prevention teams and security teams.
-Conduct regular inspections throughout the company and report findings to the Senior Managements and relevant Department Heads.
-Liaise good relationship with local police, Fire Fighter, other government officers, and local community.

-Establish and maintain goals and objectives for the Security Fire Prevention and Safety program.
-Prepare reports recommendations and surveys in a timely manner or security fire prevention and safety program for company use.
-Co-ordinate and monitor the Company?s Key Control Procedures and system.
-Implement personal development programs for members of the Loss Prevention Department coordinated through the Training Manager/Assistant.
-Conduct generic training for departments; i.e. fire prevention, CPR and first aid, security awareness, safety awareness, safety officer, safety committee and others require by law.
-Investigate all incidents/complaints and report to Human Resources Manager.
-Participate as an active member of the safety committees.
-Prepare cost effective and efficient rosters.
-Undertake Loss Prevention Officer or/and subordinate duties, if needed.
-Undertake other duties/tasks as directed.
-Ensure that Safety program are observed, maintained and enforced in company are always efficient.
