Qualifications:
?Excellent English communication skills both in verbal & written
?At least 10 years? experience in Chinese Kitchen Management in 5 stars hotel
?Hotel industry work experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.
?Positive team leader
?Able to work and converse efficiently with all levels of colleagues, clients and other external contacts
?Excellent interpersonal skills
?Quick learner with open for changes

Responsible for the efficient operation of Fei Ya and Chinese Kitchen to include some preparation of food for Room Service, and flavors buffet.
Follows Marriott International Brand Standard requirements within his / her responsibility area on a day to day basis. Insuring the all relevant area of the kitchen also follow the guide lines set out in the BSA.
