Night Auditor

1. Minimum education of Bachelor degree in Accounting
2. Minimum of 3 years in accounting management experience
3. Knowledgeable in Front Office, F&B cashiering procedures
4. Willing to be assigned in midnight shift for an extended period
5. Have good communication skills in written and spoken English
6. Have a analytical minded and be proactive
7. Posses professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills

Main responsibilities are to ensure that all revenues received by the hotel have been properly accounted for. Verify all supporting documents from Front Office Cashiers, Outlet Cashiers and other minor operating departments. Audit daily revenue figures by balancing all checks, vouchers and other documents. Also audit F&B revenue with the reports from the system. Review the actual arrivals with the expected arrivals list printed in the morning.
