1.Male (Thai nationality), Minimum age of 23 years
2.Minimum high school education with fluency in written and spoken english.
3.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Responsible for guest entry, scan wristband, keep records and verify accurate data input of each wristband and gather guest entry data.
- Explain and sell the benefits of park memberships/annual passes.
- Smile and treat guests with friendliness and respect with an enthusiastic spirit to work.
- Communicate correct product information to guests regarding tickets, special offers, and upcoming events.
- Maintain a working relationship with other departments to ensure good communication.
- Helping in the procedure to follow to open and close the lockers.
- Assist in the areas of the department such as Gates, VIP Guests, Dressing rooms, Locker room area, Cashier and Ticketing.
- All other duties as assigned.
