- ทักษะที่ดีใน MS-Word, MS-Excel, Power Point
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสาร ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- จัดทำงบประมาณประจำเดือน
- บริหารงบประมาณและรายได้ในแต่ละเดือน
- บริหารพนักงานภายในโรงแรม
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Must have prior experience operating a hostel,hotel
- Greet, check in and settle guest accounts while ensuring all service standards are maintained and provided.
- Handle all interactions with the guest in a hospitable and professional manner.
- Create an exceptional service experience for guests that contact with questions and for help.
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills required.
- Able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills both in verbal and written (English).
- Be self motivated with a positive and professional work ethic
- Coach, monitor, train and guide all team members.
