The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:
? Familiar with the hotel's rules and regulations and standard operating procedures;
? Proficient in all the facilities and services provided by the hotel;
? Proficient in all booking steps and skills, handle various reservation confirmation, and can operate all kinds of equipment booking system;
? To ensure that all reservations type-in opera accurately, update and maintain its accurate and effective;
