GENERAL MISSION
Responsible for the procurement of food and beverages, operating equipment and related supplies, and maintain organizational procedures associated with purchasing/store room Departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MEANS
? To negotiate contract purchases/services for food and beverages operating equipment.
? To review bids periodically for food and beverages, Operating equipment and related supplies.
? To prevent annual budget proposals and capital replacement cost.
? To supervise the purchase/ order procedures of approved purchase requisition for nonfood purchases.
? To supervise the quality purchase of food and beverages and related supplies.
? To evaluate vendor?s performance.
