*Work at Best Western Hotels & Resorts Asia Head Office at Gaysorn Place Office Building
*Thai Nationality only
*Bachelor?s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields
*Experience in the administration, maintenance, and support of Windows/ Mac OS
*Basic knowledge on IT network and infrastructure
*Service-minded, with good interpersonal and communication skills
*Able to communicate basic English
*Installing, configuring and maintaining hardware, software and other IT equipment
*Maintains knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise.
*Provide advice to staff, enhance their IT application usage and ability to solve IT problems by themselves.
*Provide system document in term of hardware, software, LAN/WAN i.e., computer room, floor plan diagram
*Coordinate with head quarter and take responsibility in solving problem
*Windows System and Data backup & Recovery
?Monitoring network and internet status in office.
*Supervise Outlook e-mail and solve problems.
*Making list of computer system hardware and software
*Making manual of use and fix problem of computer system
*Performs other duties as assigned by direct supervisor
