* Minimum 3 years experience in management Dive
Center with experience as a trainer preferable
* Bachelor degree in marketing or management or
certificate of Diving Instructor of PADI Organization.
* Age 30 years plus
* Great attention to details
* Excellent English communication and writing skills
* Computer literate; Microsoft Office, Words and Excel.
* Strong managerial and people skills
* Strong understanding of business issues and
profit abilities
* Ability to work under pressure and maintain a
positive attitude.
* Possess excellent interpersonal and customer service
skills
* Must be available to work a flexible schedule,
including evenings, weekends, and holidays
To direct and oversee all operations to ensure achievement of sales goals, business objective and profitability within Zeavola Recreation Center.
