-Bachelor or Master Degree in Hospitality or Business administration is preferred
-At least 5 years in Hotel operational experience is preferred
-Excellent communications skills in both verbal and written English and Thai
-Highly proficient skills in MS-Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
-Ability to manage multi-tasks assignments and prioritize assignments
-Manage both daily operations tasks and long term business plans
-Drive room revenues along with develop and monitor annual business and marketing plans, and participating in appropriate national marketing efforts.
-Provide effective leadership and example among hotel team members.
-Responsible in the areas of legalization, Occupational Health & Safety Act, fire regulations and other legal requirements.
-6 days off per month
