- Ensure efficient operations of the Reservations Department to efficiently run and supervise the Reservations Department as to achieve high occupancy and optimize room revenue
- To ensure that all reservations are recorded following established procedures with full and clear information and that they are inputted accurately and promptly onto the system
- Keep updated with the best possible room rate and keep management informed about its impact on both the immediate situation and on the future
- Provide all reports in a timely manner
- Update statistics to properly manage room inventories
- Monitor, adjust, and improve all services where possible and required
