The successful candidate has:
- 35-45 years old
- Bachelor?s degree in Sales and Marketing or
a hotel industry related field (e.g.
Diploma in Hotel Management)
- Minimum 3-5 years? experience with
automated Revenue management systems,
experiences in reservations and sales is a
plus
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong communication and presentation
skills
- Excellent in analytical & problem solving
skills with commercial aspect
- Extensive knowledge of Opera, Delphi, PMS,
and familiarity with the management of
IDEAS,SYNXIS
You will be responsible for:
- Work and guide the hotel team?s revenue
management strategies to maximize overall
hotel revenue and profitability.
- Use and manage the various revenue systems
and tools to provide fact-based business
decisions and actions.
- Drive the revenue culture and challenge the
hotel based team to achieve all segment
performance.
- Take on a leadership and decision making
role for property pricing, distribution and
market mix strategies and work with all
departments to ensure maximum revenue
potential is achieved in their area of
responsibility.
- Proactively support and drive the pricing
and revenue decisions for all non-room
revenue department, especially focusing on
Spa and Food & Beverage Outlets
