General Manager (ผู้จัดการทั่วไป)

- Fluent in English both speaking & writing.
- Computer literacy.
- Minimum 10 years experience as GM in hotel line.
- Having experience in Sales & marketing would be advantageous.
- Possess a strong Leadership ,well organised, energetic, good interpersonal and communication skills.

- Lead, through subordinate staff, the effective management of the Rooms, Food & Beverage and other functional areas to maximize financial performance while upholding quality standards and maximizing levels of guest satisfaction.
- Direct the maximization of room revenue by anticipation of market shifts, development and monitoring of annual business and marketing plans, and participating in appropriate national marketing efforts.
- Direct, manage, train and counsel sales, catering and revenue management staff.
- Handling complaints, and oversee the service recovery procedures.
- Provide effective leadership to hotel team members.
