Qualifications:
? Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
? Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
? Good communication in both Thai and English
? Creativity and commercial awareness
? A team player with a customer-oriented approach
Education:
? Bachelor?s Degree in Commucation Art , Merchadise ,Graphic Design or Interior Design
Experience:
? Minimum 1 years of experience in retail visual merchandising, graphic design, interior design
? Preferably background in retail/apparel/ fashion/ fashion accessories/cosmetic
2. Main Responsibilities:
? Developing visual merchandising manual & window displays based on brand guidelines
? Producing a master planogram and making adjustments for each individual store
? Developing space allocation and layout plans
? Managing activities with the In-house Production team and external suppliers to product graphics, designs, signage, vm, props etc.
? Managing In-Store Display Team to execute visual merchandising plans and creating In-Store selling environment
? Training shop staff in visual merchandising
? Auditing compliance with visual merchandising guidelines at store via In-Store visits
? Providing feedback from shops to Merchandising team
