-Minimum 1-2 years experience in the room management role, hotel work.

-Coordinate with the agency to provide accommodations for customers.
-Make sure the room is presentable to customers before arrival and also coordinating with the Operation Department.
-Recheck the information of the booking on the system.
-Check the payment procedure for owners to match the actual stay of guests.
