* At least 3 yeas' experience in Hospitality business is highly preferred
* Proven working experience as a procurement officer/manager in hospitality
* Experienced in Opening/Pre-opening 4 or 5-star hotel
* Process at least Bachelor?s Degree/College Degree, Engineering or equivalent
* Good negotiation skills
* Comprehensive knowledge of engineering theories, techniques, concepts, and standards
* Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost and quality.
* Source new qualified suppliers and negotiating prices and condition to be effective
for the company.
* Follow?up on material delivery and documentation requirements.
* Manage suppliers to meet objectives related to cost, delivery performance, schedule
and quality.
* Prepare, maintain and review purchasing files, report price lists, track the status
of requisitions, contracts and orders.
