BASIC FUNCTION
To mix and serve beverages to the guests with efficient service and courteous manner according to the Hotel policies and procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLE:
? To responsible of beverage products which will be served to the guest according to hotel standard.
? To control the bar stock in order to avoid losses and minimize the profitability margin targeted by the Management.
? To perform any other duties set by hotel policies, management or his/her direct supervisor which are not included here above.
