o Vocational Education graduated preferably from a reputed culinary institute
o 2-3 years experience in similar position preferably in large scale kitchens
o Strong supervisory skills
o Good communication and spoken English skills
Perform all types of food preparation in good production and performance, and provide guideline for staff about communication and hygiene.
