Qualifications:-
? Thai 25-35 years old
? Experienced in OTA sales and reservation
? Knowledge of the Online Travel industry and Online Travel Agencies
? Experience in OTA sales
? Minimum 2 years experienced as a Front Office of villas rental, apartment, hotel or other real estate
? Good command of English, speaking, writing and reading
? Good computer skills
Responsibilities:-
Pre- opening
? Maximize room occupancy.
? Manages all OTAs.
? Open new OTAs.
? Ensure correct and updated hotel information to all OTAs.
? Building and maintaining partner relationships with Travel Agents.
? Register the property with the online OTAs.
? Create data base of online Ota and travel agencies.
? Collect contacts of the local travel agents Phuket and Bangkok.
? Define the different products proposed by property by a contract to propose Travel agents.
? List the conditions of sales.
Opening
? Assist in managing OTAs.
? Assist in getting in touch with local travel agents to sign contract.
? Conduct site inspection.
? Five-day work week
