? Fresh graduates are welcome
? Clear verbal and written communication skills
? Proficiency in English communication or third language skills (Mandarin, Korean, Russian or Japanese) will be a plus.

Responsibilities:
? Respond promptly to customer inquiries
? Process reservations through various channels while focusing on maximizing room revenue
? Ensure customer satisfaction, provide professional customer support as well as handle all special requests
? Knowledge about properties and surrounding areas
? Convert incoming enquiries into sales (firm bookings)
? Keep accurate records about customer bookings, complaints and payments
? Encourage to upsell and promote relevant travel products and services to customers
? Act as the primary liaison between customers and properties
? Maintain a positive and empathetic attitudes toward customers at all times
? Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
? Communicate and work closely with other departments aiming to enhance customer satisfaction
? Handle customer payment and ensure that the payment received
? Give constructive feedback to superiors for team improvement
? Perform other assignments as requested
