Write, edit, proofread and improve marketing copy and website lifestyle content.
?Formulate a cross-platform branded content strategy to help move the brand image in the right direction.
?Manage a content team consisting of writers, graphic designers, videographers, etc.
?Collaborate with various internal departments (MarCom, PR, Sales, HR, E-business, Kitchen, F&B, sub-editor, designers), third-party partnerships, and freelancers, to manage the brand?s social activities.
?Assist marketing and PR teams to develop marketing materials.
?Improve and optimise existing content based on relevant search performance metrics.
?Optimise content considering web publishing requirements (SEO, CMS, etc.) and Google Analytics, ensure strong web presence, and monitor content engagement levels.
?Tailor content for the brand on multiple social media channels and optimise paid social media campaigns for the two properties (Bangkok and Pattaya), particularly using Instagram and Facebook.
?Continuously improve content, EDMs, confirmation emails, videos, images and marketing materials.
?Update content on OTA partner websites to ensure the highest possible quality score and accuracy of information published.
?Plan and analyse content budgets to meet specifications.
At least three years? relevant experience is required. Experience working at an online publisher or in creative hospitality would be an advantage.
?Expertise in social media platforms. Experience using social media publishing and tracking tools (Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc).
?Based in Bangkok, but able to travel between Bangkok and Pattaya to create content regularly.
?Knowledge of HTML/CSS coding would be an advantage.
?Self-motivated with a strong ability to organise, multi-task and manage in a high-pressure environment with tight project timelines.
?Ability to create and develop innovative original content that provokes engagement.
?Good personality, love to communicate, and curious to know about the latest trends, happenings and social media developments.
?Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
?Strong leadership qualities. Capable of providing editorial and technical support to team members.
?A great sense of style, a love of creative content, a hunger for exploring, and bold to share and brainstorm ideas with team members.
