- Minimum 3 years? experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel.
- Exceptional attention to detail, passionate and service orientated.
- Strong budgeting, planning and analytical skills.
- Be up to date with the latest F&B trends and best practices within the region.
- Dynamic and highly creative thinking, work well under pressure and full of team spirit.
- A very organized person who excellent time management skills.
- Responsible for all aspect; Business Plan and F&B Operation and Administration Task.
- Maximize profits and ensure each food and beverage outlet meets or exceeds budgeted revenue and profitability.
- Enforce quality standard of effective and efficient operational excellence.
- Handle guest complaint and ensure guest satisfaction
- Work closely with Catering & Conference Service and PR & Marketing Team to achieve budgeted revenue etc.
