CRITERIA:
1. Bachelor Degree in any field
2. Minimum 1 ? 2 years of experience in similar position preferably in hospitality business
3. Proficiency in English and computer literate
4. Able to handle physically demanding workload
DUTIED AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To drop off and collect guests in the hotel lobby according to the standards and procedures of the hotel
2. To deliver messages to guests, and to deliver and collect luggage in a timely and efficient manner
3. To load and unload cars on arrival and departure of guests, and assist guests entering and leaving the vehicles
4. To ensure that guests expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly and attentive service
5. To check the lobby helping to keep it clean and tidy and report any defects
6. Answers guest inquiries by providing accurate and appropriate information
7. Handles customer complaints if possible, or reports them to supervisors
