? Bachelor's in Business or Secretarial Study
? Maintain general filing systems
? Answer incoming telephone calls and either transfer,
redirect or take a message
? Prepare files, reports, correspondence, presentation and

? Handle general enquiries
? Arrange appointments and meetings
? Take dictation of correspondence as required
? Open and sort mail
? Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters
