- Fluent in English both of Speaking, Listening,and Writing
- Good personality and Service Mind
- Some Experience is an advantage
- All correspondence and typing work both internal and external.
- Receive and dispatch paper work daily from pigeon holes at executive office.
- Set up and orderly, systematic filling system for all correspondence, memo, brochures, catalogs, etc.
- Prepare, schedule, organise staff weekly roster.
- Recording accurately and filling of staff attendance sick and vacation leave.
- Prepare purchase request, check quotations, suppliers and contractors if necessary.
- Puts up memos or notices at engineering department notice boards, photocopying blue prints, document etc.
- Taking of minutes of meetings.
- To note down the message and handling of phone calls.
- Check daily various forms & checklists submitted by staffs are on schedule.
- Maintain the equipment under her charge in tip top condition in terms of performance and cleanliness.
