Laundry Manager (ผู้จัดการแผนกซักรีด)

- Thai Nationality.

- Male over age 30 years old

- Minimum 5 year of working experience in related field

- Familiar with the Laundry industry

- Good Attendance

- Good computer skills

- Pleasant personality, service mind

- To arrive at work on time in the uniform provided, ensuring a neat and tidy appearance, according to the ambassador handbook.



- Ensure that all reports are prepared and completely on time.

- Ensure that an effective and complete training program is in use and that all ambassadors are well trained and retrained as needed. Particularly with correct chemical handling, fabric care and lifting techniques.

- Ensure that LSOP- s are available, current and in effect and available for all ambassadors to use as reference.

- Ensure that par levels of linen, toweling and uniforms are current, a summary report should be sent to accounts. Take an accurate linen inventory bi-monthly.

- Assist the Executive Housekeeper with linen inventory/write-off each period end prior to period close.

- Avoid overtime through good management and immediate response to problems.

- Ensure that all employees are clean, neat and wearing the correct uniform.

- Immediate response to any guest problems and correspondence.

- Ensure that any non-inventory item found in laundry should be taken immediately to lost and found area in housekeeping.

- Development and implementation of programs designed to improve the efficiency of the operation and improve the service to our guests using TQM principles.

- Maintain a system of absentee tracking.
