- Minimum 5 years of experience in management level.
- Degree within the engineering field.
- Experienced in a hotel renovation is preferable.
- Strong technical competencies & managerial skills
- Good command in English ? both of writing and speaking.
- Direct and oversee the functionality and safety of the hotel which are mechanical, electrical, plumbing & heating, life and safety system , maintenance of building and kitchen equipment.
- Oversee and develop engineering Department operating budget according to the company guidelines.
- Be in charged in the engineering documentation compliance to the brand and technical standard.
- Providing technical guidance to engineering teams and top management.
- Manage the maintenance & renovation project
