- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, financing or related field
- Good command of spoken, written and reading in English language
- At least 3 years experience in management level in hotel business
- Solid experience in accounting process/workflow, structure and cost control
- Have some experience in implement accounting or financing system
- Ability to handle cash management, working capital, funding and procurement
- Strong experience in forecasting, financial modeling, budgeting and profit and loss
- Able to work independent with positive attitude
- Overseeing the accounting and payment of company and subsidiaries per organization chart in overseas.
- Monitor and reconcile banks and cash transition for Thailand and overseas subsidiaries.
- Co-ordinate with overseas bank on cash and payment transactions.
- Co-ordinate with overseas accountant for review and check correctness of monthly transaction, Financial Reports including P&L, Balance sheet, cash flow and other report require.
- Co-ordinate with overseas corporate secretary to file statutory documentation according to local requirement.
- Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary.
