Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of 5 directly and 20 indirectly to build the best operational team in Bangkok.
Grow the operations team and fleet. Evaluate fleet performance, reward outstanding performers and make hard calls on underperformance, always raising the bar.
Amaze hundreds of customers everyday with a great delivery experience.
Build a world-class kitchen, where food tastes amazing and nothing is wasted.
Analyse data to continuously improve the experience, the kitchen and delivery efficiencies.
Connect teams from product, kitchen and tech to work on moon shot projects.
Support the roll-out of new cities in our upcoming expansion.
