- At least 4 years of experience in hotel accounting in accounts payable / purchasing.
- Computer literate. Knowledge of Easyfo is an asset.
- Ability to learn and perform all essential job functions accurately and safely with minimal direct supervision.
- Basic English communication skill.
- Sort, assemble and verify accuracy of invoices and check requests.
- Process vendor invoices following company procedures, ensuring consistent and accurate coding.
- Generate a cash requirements report and supporting documentation for review by Accounting and Finance Manager or designee.
- Maintain an accurate filing system for source documents.
- Purchase equipment and supplies for agency. Ensure receipt (including packing slip review) and verify charges prior to processing for payment.
- Other Duties as assigned by superior.
Remunerations and Benefits:
- Attractive Base Salary
- Floating Service Charge with Min. Guarantee of THB 4,000 for Permanent Staff
- Floating Service Charge with Min. Guarantee of THB 2,000 for Contract Staff
- 7 Days Off / Month for Permanent Staff
- 6 Days Off / Month for Contract Staff
- Minimum 9 Days Vacation and 14 Public Holidays / Year for Permanent Staff
