Human Resource Officer

-Male or female, aged 25 - 35 years old.
-At least 3 years- experience in human resources. Management level experience preferred.
-At least Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development degree is of advantage
-Proven experience in Hospitality business in all HR aspects.
-People management which required:
-Communication skills at all level of employees
-Good interpersonal and communication skills.
-Approach ability
-Practicality
-Ability to work independently and in a fast moving environment

? To handle payroll activities which are; check an key-in employee and payroll details, payroll calculation, payroll reports, pay-slip, prepare Social Security forms, tax report submitting to Revenue Department and Social Security Office
Prepare payroll report, monthly manpower report to other concerned department as required, to handle time attendance, maintain leave & attendance records, maintain employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data such as resignation, transfer and promotion process, Verify the leave documents for all types of employees to be correct in the time record card as evidence, Prepare contract And other employee documents
Every 1-2 of the months Check the finger scan to make a charging service
Every 25-27 of the months, make a salary
Every 28-30 of the months, make taxes and social security And send salary reports to the accounting department
? Coordinate between associates and Social Security Office, Insurance Office Every time they are in and out of the workforce., Banks and other related parties in all kinds of employment and claim issues
? Recruit the optimal candidates to be the potential positions.
? Coordinate of the Visa Work Permit with KKT Co.,Ltd and Foreign worker
