- Has a growth mindset, positive attitude, responsible, dedicated
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a dynamic team and in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Thai & English)
- Strong research and analytical skills to forecast and identify trend
-Has an eye for details
-In-depth understanding of the brand's current products and future concepts
-Budget management skills
-Strong leadership and interpersonal skill
-Passion for education and children development are a plus

- Design and Optimize customer experience across all touch points of the brand
- Communicate and support management, marketing and front of the house teams to align brand and business goals
- Plan and Implement marketing co-promotions, partnerships, special event
- Consolidate key information for the marketing team to design needed marketing materials
- Design unique and fun programs for weekly classes and school break camps
- Support and promote the brands and activities through social media
- Respond and manage customer and press inquiries.
