-Bachelor?s degree in marketing, communication, or related field
-2+ years of digital marketing experience (preferable in hotel/resorts)
-Solid understanding of e-commerce, SEO and Display Marketing
-Knowledge of media editing software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro Video editing)
-Working knowledge of Wordpress CMS or other.
-Demonstrated ability to development and execute sales and marketing strategies .
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English in both written and spoken language is required.
-Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools.
-Manage all the social media channels of a hotel include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Line@, Youtube etc. Responsible for ongoing updates about the brand and service including special offers of the hotel in social media accounts to engage customers.
-Oversee all social media channels to ensure strategy is in line with business goals driving website traffic referral, this includes posting, fan acquisition and paid marketing focused on key target markets.
-Create, maintain, and implement social media content including all images, VDOs and content.
-Analysis of customer behavior, understanding the interest of the audiences including market conditions and competitor data and reviewing with the DOM and ATDMC to refine tactical directions / decisions for campaigns.
-Set a clear target to measure the result of each social media campaign & review analytical data to support digital marketing strategies and performance results of digital marketing on Social Media.
-Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing. Implementation of new platforms and technology?s .
