- 1 year experience in the recreation/health club operations or related professional area.
- Fluent in English communication.
- Support and conduct overall recreation operations and related areas
- Provides and models service behavior to guests and employees
- Support with continually striving to improve guest and employee satisfaction in areas of responsibility
- Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests to participate in recreation activities. Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
- Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in accordance with local operating procedure in the event of an emergency
