Ability to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.

รายละเอียดงาน
1. Answer all incoming calls promptly, in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
2. Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, hours of operation, and local area & attractions.
3. Book room reservations while focusing on maximizing room revenue and average rate using standard rate quoting scenario at all times. Upsell rooms when possible.
4. Enter reservations into the computer according to standard operating procedures.
5. Communicate and work closely with the Salesperson concerning group/meeting bookings.
6. Act as the primary liaison between the guest and the hotel.
7. Maintain an availability calendar and communicate all relevant information to the operations staff.
8. Maintain accurate files and reports.
