-Operational experience in any hotel function would be an advantage.
1.1) Communicate Training Activity of the hotel to all associates.
2.2) Assist HRD Manager for Personal Development Profiles and Training History
2.3) Issue attendance sheet for each session assigned by HRD Manager
2.4) Ensure training room is set up with fully necessary training equipment according to trainer?s
requirement
2.3) Providing supportive role for trainer whenever required by trainer
2.4) Ensure training feedback is reported to HRD Manager after each training session
2.5) Lead the Orientation process for all trainees and support trainee program of the hotel
2.6) Ensure all trainees are success with in their practical training program and are in good relationship with
the hotel
2.7) Take a leader role for departmental trainers to ensure they are success with their departmental training
target
2.8) Promote by example the principles of ?SMOOTH C? core values
2.9) Ensure an effective and fair grievance procedure is maintained in line with appropriate legislation
