To control the Employee Attendant Record by punch card in and out on duty.
2. To organize the memorandum to be placed for information and compliance.
3. To check the individual punch card and verity in relating to schedule change, late and absent.
4. To take a telephone message and leave note at individual punch card. Do not transfer the telephone line directly to associate while on duty.
5. To be a coordinator for monthly associate dormitory and associate locker
6. All visitors must contact the Time Keeper or Security Officer at check point prior to enter the premise and record name, purpose to visit then wear a visitor tag
7. To prepare the Monthly Employee Attendant Record and forward to Human Resources for further process.
8. In case where the sick leave taken total tree working day then report to Personnel Manager on the following day.
