- Work 6 days a week
- Receive orders and serve customer requests - - completely in a polite and timely manner
- Fully understand menu content, reservation process, and restaurant policy
- Efficiently manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts
- Provide general assistance in cleaning function areas
- Coordinate with back office and ensure that restaurant is up to standard
- Perform other multiple tasks/duties as assigned
