- Male or Female age 30-50 year old.
- Diploma/ Degree or equivalent.
- At least 3 years as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager/Food & Beverage Manager or related position.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Thai.
- Able to work under pressure and stressful situations while handling multiple tasks.
- Able to work long and irregular hours as and when required.
- Able to work under pressure, solving problem with find the guest satisfaction.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Responsible for overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activities of personnel involved in the office administration and operations of the food and beverage department.
- Overall performance of the department by analyzing to increase work efficiency within the department.
- Manage customer complaints and specific requests
- Develop and manage food and beverage budgets, action plans and promotional activities of the department Stimulate sales and profit, control operating costs.
- Good problem solving
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create and implement sales promotion strategies to increase sales volume and achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Participate in increasing the success of monthly store sales and corporate profit goals.
- Observe and monitor the performance of employees in order to ensure that operations are effective.
- Prepare income forecasts and stays.
