- Minimum 3-5 years of culinary experience in the FINE DINING RESTAURANT.
- HACCP knowledge and Food cost controlling oriented.
- Excellent command in FRENCH & ENGLISH both speaking and writing.
- Represents SO Brand and SO DNA ? Stylish/ Creative/ Dynamic/ Sociable - through his/her personality and his/her creativity on the menu.
- Is open-minded, shows curiosity and seeks out new trends
- Is highly passionate and innovative

- Knows how to communicate and to play a role in public relations both with hotel guests and outside the hotel
In cooperation with the Executive Chef, within the limits of established policies, procedure and F/B recipes oversee and direct all aspects of Kitchens operation and the Staff. Also, ensuring operating costs are minimized.
