-Bachelor?s Degree or Master Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Organization Development, or related field.
-At least 10 years? experience at the management level in an HRM and HRD role.
Oversees all HR functions in order to support hotel operations to achieve its goals and objectives. Ensures that all Corporate HR standard is implemented accordingly. Follow up closely on current labour market situations and trends in order to stay competitive. Establishes and maintains good relationship with all internal colleagues as well as external business partners.
