The Marketing Executive executes the social media and online marketing strategy of the Management Company and hotels. The associate must be well-versed in key social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Line, Pinterest, We Chat and key travel, hotel and restaurant blogs. Relationship management with media and dealing with outside sources and partners for potential coverage as well as publicity and media cooperation are essential duties.

รายละเอียดงาน

1. Management of content on all brand websites.
2. Copy writing as required.
3. Be responsible for implementing marketing & social Media strategy in line with the key marketing objectives: values, targets, channels, activities, partnerships, resources & revenue.

4. Creating marketing plan by weekly monthly and yearly schedule in conceptual with Marketing Communication Manager.

5. Study and analyze data to be better understand customer trends to communicate more efficiently.

6. Develop monthly content strategy for all social media activities ? in cooperation with Marketing Communication Manager and Revenue Manager - liaising with the relevant departments within the hotel. Management of each platform: Create engaging & relevant content (Text & visuals) in line with the brand DNA; Take part in conversations and answer comments/complaints.

7. Liaising with the graphic designer to ensure effective and efficient marketing pieces are generated and presented.

8. Monitor publications and hotel mentions on social networks (mainly Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Line, Instagram, Blogs & Forums). Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding the Hotel.

9. Implement & execute all social media and digital related promotions to build continuous growth. Manage a fully integrated communications calendar for the Hotel around events, food and beverage, public holidays, need periods.

10. Maintain and build close relationships with leading industry related bloggers & web editors in local city & overseas, as well as PR and MEDIA.
